Embracing the "Bump"

This morning when I woke up - I looked down and smiled at the beautiful miracle growing inside of me. This itty bitty moment of happiness led me to blog my thoughts on embracing pregnancy. As we all know, our bodies do some funny things when we are pregnant - Yes, the widening of the hips, the swollen tootsies, the engorged boobies, not to mention the "bump" we carry around for 9 months. Instead of trying to count the days to when it is all over - wrap your arms around the blessing God has bestowed upon you and savor all the beauty that accompanies it.

A little less than two years ago, Candace Jeffery and I took a little trip to the shoreline to get my hands on my first maternity shoot. With my bags packed of misc. fabrics and accessories - not to mention - the old beat up chair in the back of Candy's SUV - we were ready to make some unforgettable memories. Please take a moment to see just how Heather - 8 months pregnant - embraced her bump...
